Craig Elliot has a specialised array of training, skills and experience in the area of people performance and behaviour modification.Craig is a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist who has been coaching, consulting and training people in their sporting, professional and personal lives for 12 years.For six years Craig specialised in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and peak performance for sports.In doing so he has mind-coached athletes and coaches of all levels and ages to new heights. The changes and improvements these people made were validated through their improved performances and achievements.Craig has worked personally with many clients in the area of weight management which has lead to him gaining specialized insight and knowledge in this field.
Craig has also consulted to gyms throughout Auckland in the area of weight management and exercise motivation and is the developer of the unique “Get the fat out of your head” programme, which shows people how to get their brain on-side to lose weight and keep it off. He has also designed and presented motivational workshops to the RNZAF.
Craig has worked closely with a top New Zealand tennis coach to develop the mindset elements of the coaching systems used for both players and coaches.His work has included helping Triathlon NZ’s high performance manager Steve Farrel on his personal performance, as well as helping other triathletes overcome various mental and emotional challenges inherent in this gruelling sport.
Craig also expanded his scope and abilities bringing his high performance mindset coaching into the corporate arena through BSL Transformations, Wellington.During his time with BSL Transformations he achieved measurable results with clients ranging from personnel in Government departments to business owners and corporate executives.In seeking the best results for people, Craig has continued to up-skill himself and has risen through the ranks in the cognitive behavioural sciences of Neuro Semantics and Neuro Linguistic Programming which are leading edge in the field of people potential and performance. Craig progressed from practitioner to master practitioner and also trained under Neuro Semantics founder Michael Hall and other top international trainers.
