About Craig Elliot

Craig Elliot has a specialised array of training, skills and experience in the area of people performance and behaviour modification.Craig is a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist who has been coaching, consulting and training people in their sporting, professional and personal lives for 12 years.For six years Craig specialised in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and peak performance for sports.In doing so he has mind-coached athletes and coaches of all levels and ages to new heights. The changes and improvements these people made were validated through their improved performances and achievements.Craig has worked personally with many clients in the area of weight management which has lead to him gaining specialized insight and knowledge in this field.
